I am so pleased you chose me for the ultimate luxury hair experience. My goal is to provide my guests with knowledge, tools, curated hair care regimens and to support them in their hair care goals. I believe guests are a part of the team so education is a pillar to client satisfaction. Book a consultation and let's chat! CONSULTATION REQUIRED FOR NEW COLOR CLIENTS There are a couple ways we can chat! Fill out the new color client form and I will reach out to you with any questions. Set up an appointment to either come by the salon or have a virtual call. You are welcome to set up an appointment to the best of your ability prior to our consult, but please keep in mind it is subject to change, depending on how much time needs to be set aside to achieve your goals. Booking Appointments When booking an appointment with us for chemical services, we will ask for an active credit or debit card to store on file to secure your appointment. By providing us with your credit card information at the time of booking your appointment, you agree to our cancellation terms of your card on file being charged if you breach our Cancellation Policy, miss your appointment time, or do not show up. **Please know that your credit card information is safe and protected within our system.** Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to book chemical services. The deposit will be deducted from your service at the end of your service. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is forfeited. If you rescheduled your appt for another date and time the deposit is still valid for your rescheduled date and time Early Bird Appointments 6am-7:59 am are considered early bird appts. After Hours / Outside Booking Site Hours Appt Requests If you are interested in booking an appointment time that is not listed on the booking site, it’s considered after hours appointment. Please text me at (339) 970-1180 or email me at bijalbeautysalon@gmail.com to request an appointment. Availability may be limited. Once availability is confirmed via text, I will open the slot on the booking site. Entering the Salon When arriving at the salon, parking is free and open. We are located in the Sprouts plaza at the end of the plaza on the left off Hwy 301. There is no receptionist upon entry. Once you enter the building, you will see a seating area. Take a seat and text me to let me know you have arrived. Once you text me I will let you know when to come in the studio. My suite #117 Looking forward to surpassing your expectations!
